Fees

A FREE initial interview is available on request whatever your legal problem.  If you need further help we can provide an estimate of fees, in writing, or details of our charging rates.

In litigation matters an hourly charge is often quoted and this can also be the case for other types of work although we would normally prefer to quote a fixed fee or fee based on per centage value of assets being dealt with in relation to Probate matters.

Legal Advice Payment Scheme

The firm does not deal with publicly funded work (“Legal Aid”) however relatively few people or types of cases qualify.  In relation to some types of work such as Family matters we can arrange payment of fees under an instalment plan.  Payments are dealt with monthly on standing order until fees are paid in full.
