Wills: Many people fail to make a will.  Remember to protect your Family.  A person aged over 55 may qualify for one of the Free Will Schemes (subject to conditions)

Lasting Powers of Attorney: None of us like to think of not being able to manage our affairs but, an LPA ensures you have appointed someone you trust to look after matters if you have difficulty in the future

Court of Protection: If a person becomes unable to manage their affairs and has not taken the precaution of preparing an LPA a person can be appointed (known as a Deputy) under an Order of the Court.  We can help with the extensive paperwork and on occasion when required can apply to act as Deputy.
